Return Policy

Your Consumer Rights

It is our responsibility to supply you with goods that meet your consumer rights. If you have any concerns that we have not met our legal obligations please contact us by email ([email protected])

Your comsumer rights are as follows:-

up to 14 days After receiving your goods, you can change your mind and get a full refund. You must notify us of your decision to return your goods by filling in this online form. These goods must be returned in their original state and in their original packaging without any alteration or damage so that we can immediately list them for resell again.

 

 

 

During the expected lifespan of your product you're entitled to the following:-

up to 30 days If your goods are faulty, you can get a refund.
up to 6 months  If it can't be repaired or replaced, then you're entitled to a full refund in most cases. Please contact us at [email protected] to discuss.
up to 5 years If the goods do not last a reasonable length of time you may be entitled to some money back. Please contact us at [email protected] to discuss.


 

 

As a result of the Alternative Dispute Resolution for Consumer Disputes (Competent Authorities and Information) Regulations 2015, we the seller, Prowork Lights, are required to provide the following additional information regarding alternative dispute resolution (ADR) schemes:

 

Returning Goods

All goods must be returned to the following address:-

The customer pays the full cost of returning the goods. 

The customer must notify us of his/her decision to return their goods by filling in this online form

When returning goods, the customer must fill out this form ( download pdf and/or download word document) and include it with the returning goods. This will help us indentify where the returned goods have come from.

When a customer has cancelled their sales contract with us, the consumer must not delay their return of the goods and should send them back within 14 days of when they informed us of their decision. We will not issue a refund if we have not received the returning goods within these 14 days. If we have received the goods within this time period we will reimburse the customer within 14 days after receiving and conducting the quality check of the returned package.
 

Paying by credit/debit card:

  • The value of the returned merchandise will be credited to the customer’s credit/debit card account. 

Paying with PayPal:

  • The amount will be credited to the customer’s PayPal account.
